When power is not enough:
Malfaunction and causes
Gas system malfunctions:
Increase gas pressure
Increase gas inlet capacity
Change the seal
Malfunction of gas inlet and outlet system: higher exhuast temperature and worse exhaust gas color than normal situation
Note: Use hand to turn engine and make sure the cylinder is in the free situation and check if there is oil block for gas inlet pipe.
Dismantle and clean, change it if it is necessary
Clean the carbon deposit in exhaust pipe, install exhuast pipe again, the elbows can not much than 3 units and to make sure there is enough exhuast outlet space
Over-heat for engine and ambient environment. The oil and coolant temperature is too high and the exhuast gas temperature is increased greatly.
Check the radiator and cooler, clean water deposit, check some pipes if their radius is too small. If the ambient temperature is too high, users should improve the ventilation system and add some cooling measures.
(1) Cylinder gasket is leaking
(2) Inlet and outlet gas valve leaking
(3) Valve spring is damaged
(4) Wrong valve clearance
(5) Crankcase is fractured
Note: Dismantle ignition spark to let cylinder have good ventilation, discharge coolant; Tighten stud nut and change cylinder gasket according to required torque. Scrape joint surface if necessary
(1)Change cylinder cover gasket
The piston is blocked; valve rod is seized and so cause the deficiency of cylinder compression pressure.
Change the piston equipments or cylinders; Find out the reason of block (If its because of not enough lubrication and cooling, or over-load, etc) and adjust it.
